Orders and shipments
1. How to place an order?

Complete adding items to cart
You have the option of checking out through our website or processing via PayPal.
If you would like to proceed to checkout through our website, please click the "Checkout" button on the right side of the screen.
If you want to continue using PayPal, click the PayPal button
. You will be taken to our customer information page. You will be prompted to enter:

If you receive a promotional discount code, you can enter it into the "Discount" field on your order's checkout page. The system can automatically apply the discount code copied by the customer and fill it in. Be sure to click the "Apply" button! The system can calculate your discount and apply it to your order. (Please note, promotional codes cannot be stacked.)
Click the Continue Shipping Method button to continue. Please make sure you enter the shipping address correctly (if different from your billing address). Once everything is complete, click "Continue to payment method"
You will need to enter your payment details. If applicable, you can choose to indicate that shipping and billing details are the same.
After filling out the form, click the "Complete Order" button. You will be taken to a screen that provides a summary of your order along with an on-screen order confirmation and a second confirmation via email.

2. What should I do if the items are missing or incorrect when I receive my order?

For lost or misdirected items, please contact us at support@niicole.com. Please provide your transaction reference number (order number) and provide us with proof (image file size should be less than 1MB). We will be more than happy to resend you the correct item for free, and we will not ask for a return of an item that was sent to you in error! You can keep it as a gift from us.

3. How do I know that my order has been submitted successfully?

You will receive a confirmation email containing your order number and purchase details.

4. I want to change my order, what should I do?

You may modify your order on or before 11:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time (GMT-7) on the day of your order. You can request changes by contacting us at support@niicole.com.

5. What payment methods do you have?

Currently we only accept PayPal, if you need to use a credit card, you can add it in Paypal.

6. How to pay using PayPal?

PayPal is the easiest way to pay online. Once you've added the items to your cart and are ready to complete the transaction, you can click the "PayPal" button. You will be redirected to the PayPal website. Please be sure to fill in the correct details for quick and easy payment processing.

1. When can I receive my goods?

Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days of placement and shipped within a few days of processing.
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during the holidays and peak sales seasons. Shipments will arrive within 7-15 business days of ship date, depending on carrier and location availability. We apologize if the shipment requires customs clearance or inspection, or if the shipment is delayed due to carrier service.

2. How do I track my order?

You will provide your tracking number in the shipping confirmation email. You can use this number and track your order at www.17track.net.

3. What is your shipping cost?

We can ship to most European and American countries, such as the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Canada, New Zealand, and Australia. For specific countries and regions, please refer to the country and region selection on the order interface. We can transport and deliver your package safely for you.
